The third project required us to design an information station for the NSRI (National Sea Rescue Institute). This facility will be located at the Kalk Bay Harbour Precinct. A location for the building had to be along the waters edge.
The accomodation that needed to be provided as follows;
Building envelope maximum 100m squared
Work space for 2 staff members: one admin and one research
Reception/ information/ exhibition/ gathering space to accomodate 20 people seated
Small kitchenette
2 Toilets
