For the second project an Artist Retreat was to be designed for a well known artist.
The functional requirements were as follows;
Building envelope maximum 80m squared
The building should be sustainable
The furniture should be part of the building
A studio for painting and small sculptures
A place to sleep/ relax/ meditation area
A bathroom with an experience
A place to cook and eat
